NPC Staff
Rev. Jim DuBois, Pastor
Grace and Peace,
My name is Pastor Jim DuBois. I’ve had the pleasure of serving the Northminster congregation since January of 2014. I graduated from the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity.
I have a beautiful wife and two sons. My hobbies tend to be seasonal. In the spring/summer months I love to golf, fall I love to hunt, and winter I ice fish.
I love being a pastor! Preaching, teaching, and sharing in the lives of our faith community is a wonderful way to serve God’s kingdom. You’ll find at Northminster we are a very relational church, welcoming all in love. That’s how I choose to view ministry. Love God. Love your neighbor.
I take my calling very seriously, but I don’t take myself too seriously. In worship, we tend to laugh together quite often. To me, it shows the true joy in our worship.
Thank you for taking the time to read a little about our church. I’d love to meet you!
God Bless, Pastor Jim

Natalie Lawrence – Christian Education Support
As someone who grew up at NPC, I want to create the same fun, faith-filled environment for children that I was blessecd to experience. I love having open, meaningful conversations with our youth to help them grow in their relationship with Jesus. My goal as the Christian Education Support is to make every child feel confident in their faith by encouraging questions, welcoming new ideas, and providing a space where they always feel safe and supported. I also occasionally host Bible Studies and Book Studies for our adults.
Curtis Malone – Building Supervisor
Curtis has been helping with building facilities since 1998. He is part of the choir and praise team as well as a dedicated and avid reader when not working at the church.
